Part-time Custodian

Lima Community Church is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for those who worship, work, and participate in ministry throughout the week. This position is 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of church facilities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and clean windows and mirrors.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets and sinks.
• Restock paper products and restroom supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the building.
• Arrange rooms and common areas for meetings and special events.
• Assist with light snow removal duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work independently for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and facility upkeep.
