Our Values

We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus was in constant Alignment with the Love of the Father. He was in constant Engagement with the people of God, and He never stopped Mobilizing the Kingdom of God through His service towards others.

Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.

If you have any questions or concerns, never hesitate to reach out to one of our pastors for more information or to simply talk through our beliefs.

  • Our God

We believe in one eternal God, who reveals Himself in three persons, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is our eternally existent creator, holy in all ways and perfectly loving, gracious, merciful, and just.

  • Our Fall

We believe that all humans are sinful and, as a result, are initially separated by God. First, there is our inherited sinfulness, which keeps us from doing anything truly good or that could bring about our own healing or salvation in any way. There is also our personal sinfulness that comes as a result of our own personal decisions to go against that which God would have for us in any moment. As part of this sinfulness and the separation of creation from God, all of creation experiences pain and brokenness and needs a Savior.

  • His Word

We believe that through the Holy Spirit, God inspired all 66 books of the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. We believe the Bible perfectly communicates all that God intends for His creation to know Him, to know Him more, and to live for Him daily. Through His Word, all things necessary for our salvation and experience within His eternal Kingdom are revealed.

  • His Son

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, being eternally existent with both the Father and the Holy Spirit. At the perfect moment in time, He entered into the world through a virgin, becoming fully God and fully man. Jesus is the perfect model of what it means to live for God and be an image bearer of God. It was through Jesus’s life, sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection from the dead that all of humanity is able to experience reconciliation with God, should they put their faith in Him.

  • His Plan

We believe that since the beginning of time, God has been in pursuit of His creation, opening the eyes of all humankind from the spiritual blindness caused by sin, to see Him for who He is and giving them the ability to choose Him and the freedom He offers.

We believe that Jesus Christ, by His sufferings, by the shedding of His own blood, and by His death on the Cross, made a full atonement for all human sin, and that through this sacrifice humans can begin to experience a full life with God and one day have an everlasting life with God in eternity. When humans place their faith in Jesus, they begin their life walking in God’s plan of salvation.

For anyone who would place their faith in God, turn from their sinfulness, and proclaim Jesus as their Lord and Savior, the grace of God would justify them, regenerate them, and adopt them. They would be declared to be in right standing with and at peace with God; they would be a new spiritual creation; they would be a child of God adopted into His family and given a new identity.

  • Our New Lives

Though far from perfect, we believe that a life of faith in Jesus grows to experience deeper faith, deeper joy, and deeper devotion to relying on the Holy Spirit and all that He would have us experience! It is in our new lives that God, through the Holy Spirit, continues to make us more like Jesus as we continually offer ourselves to be transformed by the hands of God.

  • Our Ultimate Hope

Though the world is full of pain and hurt, we believe that God is in the midst of restoring, reconciling, and redeeming all of it back to Himself through His plan of salvation. The end of His plan results in Jesus Christ returning as our true and faithful King, having rid creation of all sources of sinfulness and evil. There will come a day when all who have placed their faith in Jesus as their Lord and Savior will live with Him in the New Earth, glorified and in eternal peace.
