Axis Student Ministries

At Lima Community Church we believe that our youth are not just the future of the church—they are the church!


Axis Students meet on Sunday Evenings with doors opening at 5:30pm over in Lima Community’s Axis building. It’s a time of having fun, eating together, worshipping together and hearing from the Word together. We have amazing adult volunteers who help mentor and guide our youth alongside our youth pastor, Joe Hurst.

6th-12th Grade Students

The age range from 6th to 12th grade is expansive, so we do our best to contextualize our teachings to ensure all students are met right where they are. Each student also meets in a small group led by an adult volunteer who helps them navigate the lesson as well as their own lives.
