Faith + Fitness
This group is for all ages, exercise experience, and fitness levels as we gather to work out, study the bible, and experience fellowship together. There will be a variety of workout styles such as yoga, Pi-Yo, Zumba, strength and balance, and more. Wear exercise clothes, and bring along a mat, drink, and snack (optional).
